That is a good question. I looked up the case file and the foreclosure judgment is for $15,249.76. The stated tax judgment on this post is from the Sheriff's list. If I had to guess I think this is an error in the Sheriff's list. It is likely that the property's opening bid will close to the judgment.
Any idea why the tax judgement is only $4,036.86 when the amount currently owed per the auditor's website says $15,840.66?
